Job Description
Minimum Experience: 1 year; long term care experience preferred
Required Certifications: BLS, CNA, WA state license
Mandatory Skills: provide age-appropriate care, perform direct patient care: assist with feeding, hygiene, ambulation, strong interpersonal skills

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:8-10
CNA to Patient Ratio: 1:6-8
EMR: Epic
Floating: Adult Psych
On-Call: no
Weekend Rotation: every other
Beds: Memory Wellness 18-19 and Emotion Wellness 8-9
