Travel Medical Imaging Technologist: CT & X-Ray (MMT)

Location: Templeton, CA

Shift: 4x10 Mid-Shift (Friday – Monday) | Call required 2–3 nights per week (following a shift for 5 hours)

Duration: 13-Week Assignment

Pay Range: $2,334.02 – $2,745.90 Per Week (Gross pre-tax)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Modality Technologist (MMT) proficient in both CT and X-Ray for a 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Templeton, California. In this role, you will perform various diagnostic radiographic and computed tomography examinations utilizing a Siemens 64 Somatom scanner. This position requires high competence across modalities, excellent patient care, and the ability to work an assigned mid-shift schedule with associated call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competently perform various radiographic, mammographic, and computed tomography examinations consistent with experience.
  • Safely prepare and administer contrast agents for Medical Imaging procedures.
  • Execute mobile imaging examinations as necessary.
  • Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.
  • Test defibrillators and verify the clinical integrity of the crash cart.

Job Requirements

  • Licensure: Valid California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
  • Certifications: Fluoroscopy permit, IV Certification (or willingness to obtain), and BLS.
  • Technical Experience: Strong dual skillset in CT and X-Ray; experience operating a Siemens 64 Somatom scanner is highly preferred.
