We have a Direct Hire Opportunity available for an Associate Sales Representative in Renton, WA.

Hours

Full-Time, Monday–Wednesday

Pay Rate

$25.00 per hour + Commission Opportunities

General Job Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified TRICARE-eligible individuals and families

• Educate prospective members on USFHP benefits and healthcare options

• Explain differences between USFHP and other TRICARE plans

• Document calls, interactions, and enrollments in CRM systems

• Ensure compliance with DHA, TRICARE, and state regulations

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to work onsite in Renton, WA

• Availability to work Monday–Wednesday

• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales goals

• Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills

Licensure and Certifications Required

• No specific licenses or certifications required

Preferred Qualifications

• Military service, military spouse, or experience working with military families

• Familiarity with TRICARE, healthcare enrollment, or regulated sales environments

• Previous sales, enrollment, customer service, or performance-based experience
