Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Augusta, GA

Facility: Augusta University, Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home

Position Type: Travel Assignment (12 Weeks)

Shift: 8-Hour Nights / 40 Hours per Week

Expected Start Date: August 17, 2026

Pay Range: $16.15 – $19.00 / hour (~$760.00 / week pre-tax)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 12-week travel assignment in Augusta, GA. In this role, you will provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting, supporting daily living activities and helping maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, daily care activities, and health status changes.
  • Support nursing staff with routine clinical duties and patient comfort measures.
  • Maintain a clean, respectful, and dignified environment for long-term care residents.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) CNA experience required.
  • Requirements: COVID-19 vaccination required per facility policy.
  • Process: Phone screening with the facility prior to offer.
