Registered Nurse (RN) - Corrections
Pay Range: $1,832.81 - $2,156.25 per week
Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an assignment in Malibu, CA. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in med-surg, emergency room (ER), psychiatric, or correctional health settings, and demonstrate strong proficiency in phlebotomy (blood draws).
Key Responsibilities & Shift Details
- Shift: Evening Shift (5x8s, 1400–2230, 40 hours/week)
- Perform clinical nursing duties suited to a correctional health setting, including routine patient assessments, triage, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow healthcare safety standards.
- Note: Candidates should be comfortable driving on winding roads in the Malibu Canyon area to access the site.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of in-patient experience as a Correctional Registered Nurse.
- Preferred clinical background combining Med/Surg, ER, Psych, or Corrections experience.
- Must be proficient in blood draws/phlebotomy.
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
