Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
We have a new assignment for RN - Skilled Nursing Facility in De Pere, WI and are interviewing ASAP. This is a travel assignment, 5x8s Nights (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) position.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Oversee and deliver nursing care for patients in short-term rehab, long-term care (LTC), and skilled nursing settings; monitor vital signs and perform complete clinical assessments.
- Medication & IV Therapy: Administer prescribed medications, manage IV fluids and antibiotics, start IVs, and draw lab work as needed.
- Specialized Clinical Treatments: Provide specialized treatments including wound care, stoma care, wound vac management, PEG/G/J-tube feedings, colostomy/ileostomy care, and basic tracheostomy management.
- Unit Coverage & Floating: Float comfortably across facility units (Rehab, SNF, LTAC, LTC, and Short Term Stay) with patient ratios typically ranging from 15:1 to 20:1 in short-term/rehab and up to 25:1 in LTC/SNF.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams.
Pay Range $1,885.00 - $2,217.00 Per Week
