Registered Nurse (RN) – Corrections
Job Type: Contract Assignment
Pay Range: $72.25 – $85.00 per hour
Shift: 4x8-hour shifts
Assignment Duration: 25 Weeks
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a contract assignment in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care within a fast-paced environment, bringing strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, document clinical care using SBAR and SOAP charting methodologies, and adjust care plans as required.
- Maintain flexibility regarding shift schedules, day-of-week rotations, and working across designated sites as operational needs dictate.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe and efficient care delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of active RN experience.
- Clinical Background: Background in Acute Care, Med-Surg, Emergency Department (ED), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) strongly preferred. High-volume setting experience is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with SBAR and SOAP charting.
- Flexibility: Must be open and flexible to work various shifts and maintain availability without extended or frequent PTO during the assignment.
