Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health
We have a new assignment for RN - Behavioral Health in Oshkosh, WI and are interviewing ASAP. This is a travel assignment, 3x12 Nights (1830-0700) position.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Use a bio-psychosocial and recovery model to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of behavioral health patients.
- Clinical Nursing & Leadership: Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients, coordinate unit activities, and direct delegated nursing tasks while supervising nursing staff.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver targeted nursing interventions.
- Unit Operations & Safety: Ensure compliance with unit programs, institute policies, and safety protocols, serving as a resource for complex patient cases.
- Competency & Professional Development: Oversee unit nursing staff competency evaluation processes and assess ongoing educational needs for staff, patients, and families.
Pay Range $1,957.76 - $2,303.25 Per Week
