Submittal & Qualification Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution within a metropolitan area serving a diverse population.
- License & Certifications: Active California RN License, BLS, ACLS, MAB, and LA Fire Safety certifications required.
- Packet Requirements:
- Formatted resume (no logos, explaining all gaps > 30 days and shift breakdowns for overlapping employment).
- Specialty-specific skills checklist.
- Two supervisor/manager references from within the last 2 years.
- Badge photo/selfie or Driver's License.
- Clearance Requirements: Completion of LA County Live Scan fingerprinting and Employee Health clearance.
