Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Persistent Depressive Disorder (Dysthymia), Bipolar I & II Disorder, Anxiety & Trauma Related Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Attention & Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Psychotic Disorders (Stable), Schizophrenia (stable/outpatient management), Schizoaffective Disorder, Delusional Disorder, Psychosis, unspecified (when stable), Borderline Personality Disorder, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder

Required Licensure & Certifications: BLS and WA state or compact LPN license, & CPI or MOAB

Skills required: Injections (long acting anti-psychotics), Phlebotomy, Refill coordination, Prior Authorizations, EPIC proficiency (any version is accepted), Outlook, Phone work, Rooming patients, Medication reconciliation

EMR: Epic (Hyperspace) Ambulatory – any version experience required

Floating: None

Weekend rotation: None
