Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN )temp to hire

Hours
- Full Time
- 40 hours per week
- 27-week assignment
Pay Range
- $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

General Job Duties
- Take triage calls from patients and relay medical information to providers
- Update medications, allergies, health history, and medical records
- Maintain medication samples and patient care supplies
- Support administrative functions as needed
- Schedule procedures, labs, x-rays, and follow-up appointments
Equipment/Systems Utilized
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Computers and phones
- Phlebotomy equipment
- Standard clinical office equipment
Required Skills and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Previous clinical, hospital, or gastroenterology nursing experience preferred 2 years of experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Data entry experience in an EMR system
- BLS
