Job Description
- Skills required
- Strong ED experience, strong customer service, ventilator class (BiPAP) will be provided during on boarding, knowledge of medication administration (mix own meds), chest tubes, central lines, strong IV skills
- Will be required to do charge (facility will train if needed)
- Support on the Unit:
- Charge nurse
- ED MD
- ER Tech
- Front Desk
- EST/Phlebotomy: Assist draw blood, but majority is RN draw
- No RT- RN’s will manage Vents
- No Pharm- will mix your own meds under the supervision of pharmacy via video conference
- Charting System/Equipment:
- EPIC
- Alaris
- Pyxis
