Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Travel Assignment

Location: Peshtigo, WI

Facility Type: LTC / SNF / LTAC / Rehab / Short-Term Stay

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 5x8 Mids (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) | 40 Hours/Week

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,037.29 – $1,220.34 / week

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Peshtigo, Wisconsin. Joining a warm, family-owned facility with a 50-year legacy of exceptional patient care, you will support individuals in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hands-on care and assistance with daily activities.
  • Support nursing staff with patient monitoring, hygiene, mobility, and fundamental clinical tasks (e.g., stoma/tube care, Foley catheter care, IV/feed pump monitoring).
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility standards.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by floating across units as needed, including LTC, SNF, LTAC, Rehab, and Short-Term Stay.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in LTC, SNF, LTAC, or Rehab settings.
  • Certifications: Active CNA certification (Wisconsin license) and active BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Licensure: Clean license record with no active hits or disciplinary actions.
  • Location Constraint: Candidates must reside outside a 50-minute radius of Peshtigo, WI (Local candidates not accepted).
