Position Overview

  • Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
  • Location: Glendive, MT (Glendive Medical Center - Extended Care Unit)
  • Shift & Schedule: 5x8 Evenings | 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Assignment Length: 8 Weeks
  • Weekly Pay: $1,152.54 – $1,355.93 / week
  • Expected Start Date: August 24, 2026

Housing & Accommodations

  • Provided Housing: Free housing provided at no cost to the traveler.
  • Shared Housing Details: Typically two-story homes where each traveler gets a private bedroom (with efforts made to assign individual floors), sharing common spaces (kitchen, living room, and bathrooms).
  • Hotel Alternative: Hotel accommodation (La Quinta) provided if shared housing is at capacity.
  • Housing Rules: No overnight guests, family, or pets permitted in traveler housing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Provide essential daily living assistance, personal care, and support to patients in an extended care/long-term care setting.
  • Monitoring & Documentation: Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions and vital signs to the nursing team.
  • Unit Support: Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment while assisting with mobility, nutrition, and hygiene needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Montana (or compact/eligible state license).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
