Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide essential daily living support and hands-on nursing care to patients, working closely with registered nurses and medical staff to maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration) and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
- Support patient comfort by repositioning, transferring, and assisting with ambulation.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized patient rooms and care areas.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document care provided, patient observations, and daily activities in accordance with facility policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and position patients safely.
Pay Range
$897.36 – $1,055.71 per week
